The Health & Safety Department is rolling out new training programs.
The goal of this program is to empower the KAUST Community by providing training and information on relevant Health & Safety issues that have the potential to not only affect us as individuals, but also the KAUST Community at large. Through this training we hope to make tools and information available to promote a safer and healthier community.
The training program is currently available to persons with a KAUST email. However as the program name suggests, we anticipate making the training program available to the KAUST Community at large in the near future.
The training program will consist of separate training courses. More training courses will be developed and announced as the need is identified by HSE analysis of hazards. Requests from the Community to develop training courses covering specific topics will also be considered. Although the courses are not compulsory, we encourage you to complete all of the training courses as they are developed.
The courses are available in SALUTE.They are quite interactive with presentations, videos and quizzes. Participants will be able to print their own certificates on successful completion of each course.
