It is especially important in any public area, such as schools, daycare facilities, shops, and healthcare settings.

How To Cover Coughs Or Sneezes

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. If you don’t have a tissue, cough or sneeze into your upper sleeve or elbow. Do not use your hands.

Put your used tissue in the trash bin

Wash your hands with soap and running water.
